now really.. just slapping something as this isn't going to get your skin approved, a good skin must be drawn freehand, as well with a lot of work put into... and this has taken like... a minute?

i mean, hair looks like a mess, eyes are drawn bad, pants are either paintbucket-ed or filtered.. if you call this a skin then you might just say "cya" to it.

I suggest you to read http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/2d-art-tutorials-281/mr-goblins-tutorial-110127/ thoroughly and use it to practice extensively before even thinking of submitting another skin.
