Save Load system

I need to know how to make a simple single player save load system. Using game cache or triggers. No jass please.

Preferably a tutorial since I'm working off my phone haha

If you understand this tutorial, then you should very well be able to store/reload all your stuff using a game cache.
This tutorial does go into a bit more detail, but it's a pretty old one.
