how do i trigger this out.

for example there is two points, Point1 which is located north and Point2 located south.
then, every 60 sec a rune spawn on a random point.
if it spawn on Point1 it moves downward till it gets on Point2 then dissapears.
and vise versa with Point2, it moves upward.
then if the rune gets hit, a random effect will be added on the unit. like double damage, invisible...
