glad i could help, since all native wc3 icons and wow icons use a black background, especially visible with icons of buildings, having a gray noise background makes it stand out and extremely janky. Non-black / heavy solid color backgrounds also have the issue of image spill. Your image is pretty high resolution, and its being scaled down to 64x64 which means a lot of the things kinda just drown in the gray. Since black color has no interpolation no matter how you scale it, its the best thing to use for icons with resolution under 400x400
