Risk basics help!!

Where can i find a risk basic ? I've made the terrain or well kind of much of it. But what I do not know is to how to make a risk ? :cry: And this risk I allways have want to make but i've never knewn how to make a risk so someone can help me so I can stop writing now. PLEASE!
