[General] Retrieving item order?

I noticed there isn't a GUI way at least to retrieve the target unit or point of an Item being used; is there an alternate way of doing this?

If I remember correctly you can use "Ability being cast" and the likes, it should detect the ability used by the item.

I'll have to retest it but I remember it not working during my first bout of mapping ten years ago but that could have changed of course; will test it when I'm at my home computer.
