Respawning Creeps

do u want them to each individually respawn after a given time or do you want 'camps' of creeps to all respawn at the same time (and if its camps describe waiting conditions (eg. each monster killed from the group increases the respawn time by 15 seconds, killing all monsters in the camp increases respawn time by 50 seconds) )
