Resource Update Date not updating

well, basically I've experienced this a lot of times... I update my resource but then the update date/time doesn't get updated... it does sometimes but most of the times it doesn't...

example:

I just updated my Lightning system earlier today, and it still says: Last Updated 23:43, 18th Oct 2012

The requirements for the time to update is 14 days since last update and the file was modified. I had to do this because people were constantly updating their resources to bump them to the top.

I see... thanks for informing me... it was only 13 days... so if I update tomorrow, will it update the date/time?

Yes, as long as you also update the file.
