Resource Display and Neutral shop usage question {disabling item display for race}

1. Is there any way to turn off or cover the resource display for a specific race?

2. What governs if a unit is a valid unit to use a shop?

You can replace the icons with just a black thing. And then use gold, lumber and food to form in into a timer. That's the only way to really mask it I guess.

No.

Targets Allowed on the shop's Select Unit/Hero ability.
