Reskining this skin?

so I wanted to make an earth elf priest but since Im good at nothing but recolor this is what it turned out and I dont like it can someone redo something that looks like this for me , while adding uniqueness to it?like runes that represent earth magic, and the srmor, i dont want it to be recolor can someone make something in this range?(plz if youre going to do it recolor the skin, eyes,and hair the same as mine, just render the hair more beautifully)
