Reskin Ethics Question

So it seems the modeller who made the RPG Hero model is no longer active on THW, but I want to reskin it, not for resource uploading, but for personal use in a map. Since he's not active, I can't ask him for permission. Do you think it is okay to copy his model in 4-5 versions with different skins that I make, and use it in a map that I will some day upload? Ofcourse, I will give the modeller credits.

If I were a modeller and you took my model I whould totaly agree with that, except if saying in the model (where I uploaded it) that I whould under no cercumstances have anybody use this model.

tenebrae? he gave permission for anyone to edit his model i believe.

he has it in his sig that everyone is allowed to edit his models with credits
