Help. Team Colour not working!

Okay, I've reskinned the terran marine. In Wc3 model viewer it's fine. But in game it stays grey (No team colour)

Can anyone help?

You should alpha out the areas where your team colour should be.

I've only touched one part of the original alpha.

Perhaps changing the viewers tc colour ?

Wc3 viewers TC works fine. As can be seen in my skinning WIP thread.

Try copying the skin into a new file and save and convert again. You are saving your skin as a .tga instead of a .jpg or something, right?

I've tried having it on all the players, tried copying to new sheets, tried making new alphas, tried copying alphas, tried hexing it i'm thinking of giving up!
