Reset Mercenary camp cooldown

It's possible to reset mercenary's camp unit avaliblity, because when you get control of mercenary camp, it starts a new and you must wait for the entire cooldown?

Move into trigger section is needed.

I don't think there is. A tedious way is to duplicate all units sold at camps and make the Stock Start Delay 0, then replace the camp with an identical camp filled with units with the 0 Stock Start Delay.
