So you just want a yellow, cloudy ground? Please elaborate a little more, so that people understand exactly what you want.

I believe he wants a cloud-looking tile more gold than yellow, the picture he has is of snake-way from the Dragon Ball world, and so is his avatar and his signature, so I think he wants it for that. However you can't really make a 2-d cloud, clouds are layers upon layers in what makes them look sparse and fluffy
