what game version are you on?
anyway consult this post
if NagaCoralShop128.mdx and NagaCoralShop129.mdx don't work for you then import NagaBirth.mdx into your map and (without changing NagaBirth.mdx's default "war3mapImported/" filepath!) use the original model in your post, should work
