[Request] Need help with two things.

I am currently working on an Enfo's map, and I am not good with triggers such as the two I need.
I need somebody to either make or help me create a command system in the beginning so red can use the two following commands:

-ar (everybody gets a random hero.)
-sb (all players on each team share bounty from kills)

That's the first thing I need.
The second thing I need is..:

Sometimes going into round 18-19-20 roughly the game crashes, if anybody could help me with this i'd greatly appreciate it.

It was created in JassNewGenv5d.
It will not open inside of the original world editor.
If you don't know what it is, it is a much better world editor that goes upon the natural limits of the world editor.
