[Request] Dueling System

I am currently requesting a Dueling System for a map I am currently working on. I need the dueling system to pause all waves, stop all units, and all heroes on team1 and team2 to go into a region to be able to fight, the winners will receive 200xCurrentWave.
I wish for the duel to begin every 10 minutes

The map is Enfo's TS 3-way 2012 1.36b. It's in the attachment, you will probably need it.

And also, if anybody could take a look at this it'd be great

Your map errors out when I load it into JassNewGen, and I'm not sure if that is your map so you need to show permission saying you are allowed to get people to edit it.
