[Request] Model from Scratch

Hai Dere,
I need a model badly for my RPG im making, anyone who makes it well and it looks the best will get a free admin spot in my map (Just you get some commands as to kicking and banning etc.) But I need it to look like this in the full http://images.fanpop.com/images/image_uploads/Saphira-eragon-327564_583_414.jpg just a lil bit less cartoony lol thats how I would like it to look in the overall just LIKE A DRAGON lol not those stupid ones that blizzard tried creating Id like it to be Majestic like a real dragon No team color is needed but you can include if you wish, If you could just make it breath fire and stuff and im doing the custom sound sets etc. all I really want is a model that looks like her and a taking off, landing animation along with other custom animations, If her attack could be something like aerial attacks when shes flying and more like sweeping claws when shes not I would love you (Not literally) NTL Please someone answer my calls of help as NOONE has made this model nicely
