(Request) Animations

I request 4 Animations for my "Gill/Giru" Model. I've been trying to animate for ages but i just mess them up so if any modeler's who have any spare time to "Spare". I would Aprieciate the help.

Animations:
Stand (Just Look around, turn his body around)
Walk - Walk Animation could just be a normal walk animation.
Attack (Punch and Kick)
Spell (Spread Arms and legs back) "Which will be used too shoot rockets from him"

GiruTex.bmp is the texture.
