Replace tiles

If you mean changing the tile during a game, there is a function to do that (but I'm not sure how consistent it is):

Be aware that there is a 16 tile type limit and once a tile type has been loaded, it cannot ever be unloaded. If you use all 16 slots in the editor then no additional new ones can be loaded with triggers. Otherwise you are free to dynamically load up to however many free slots of terrain types your map has left each session. Changing terrain to a new tile type once at the tile limit will result in an already loaded tile type being used instead.
