It's a rough one, but definitively a diamond. You have a good structure and there's ways for improvement.
It's always good to have low size model on the hive, so maps don't take too long to be up/downloaded.

@Rolo Were the guts vertices attached to a bone? If you figure out what causes the problem, please let me know what you did to fix it, because this problem of stuff sticking to models is not that uncommon (well, when your map has thousands of models).

That has happened to me a ton of times in the past

There are 2 things that cause it
1 - Geoset Animation, the Gutz were not explicitely commanded to be invisible in every animation except decay
2 - Bone Binding, without being bound to it's own special "gutz" bone, the mesh will bind itself to the nearest appropriately named bone, even one on another model entirely

The anims really aren't bad at all in my opinion, and it's a cool useful model. A few parts of the model look a little too flat and wide though and would look better if they were more evenly tubular imo, specifically the upper arms and the stick part of the pike.

Exactly what I was looking for, a lower armoured spearman. Too many heavy, plate armoured human spearmen on the Hive.
