Removing Thunder Clap's Ubersplat

Is it possible to remove the Thunder Clap's ubersplat in World Editor? If not, can someone please kindly make it for me through modeling or some kind of program. I need it for our project: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/map-development-202/extreme-survival-230775/#post2296697.
