Remove Weapon (Disarm Program)

I am trying to use the Disarm Tool here. Does it work with WC3 Reforged?

It also wanted an MPQ path when I first ran it. I did not know where that path or directory was so I put the wrong one in and am getting this error now. When I run it now, it just gives me the same error and it does not ask for an MPQ directory it just shows the error? How do I use the tool.
