? I guess use a unit group?

Have not really a clue what youre asking though.

Pick all units owned by owner of unit A
If unit type of picked unit == unit B
Then
Remove picked unit

Is that what you're trying to accomplish? Btw that leaks a unit group so be sure to clear it.
