How do i remove the border(upper part) quest, menu allies time indicator.. gold, lumber and etc..

Remove the border?

You go into game interface, and take one of the transparent (I think it has blank in the extension) and put it in place for those sections.

You need to edit the UI, and you can't actually remove the time indicator or the amount of gold/lumber/food.
