Icon Border

im planning to add borders to warcraft 3 icons but before i do, is there already a 'info-basic' border for command buttons like move, attack, patrol, etc?

EDIT: how about for passive icon?

Nope, you have to draw them in yourself.

Isn't there a tool here on hive, which can make borders to icons for you?

yes, there is. its called button manager. but i have to make sure that there is no same icon on wc3 so i wont use up space.
