Is there option for removing upgrade or research from building? I want to make selectable upgrade from one of both upgrade.

Remove Research/upgrade

I mean remove research from game. For example:
Player - Set the max research level of Your_Upgrade to 0 for Your_Player
-You have a building. Building have 2 research. You need to choose one of both.

If you set the max research level to 0 (as in my above post) the upgrade disappears from structures that could research it. So once either upgrade is researched, set the other one's max level to 0.
I'm not sure why the finishes upgrade/construction event isn't firing for you, as I believe it should in this case.
