What do I need to do to do not show the chat message that the players are sending?

Ex. If I tipe in my Chat Box: "Hello" nothing appears and nobody can see it.

Why would you want to do this?

Well the best way I heard is to apparently use filler characters in the player name (spaces) thus causing sent messages to not appear. If done right you can even make them not appear in the chat log (seen in parasite 3 (or was it 4?)).

Do remember that people should alwyas be able to /w friends and receive /w, if you disable those somehow your map will seriously flop.

In metastasis they do this

• Set (Player)'s player name to Player name of (Player) + ":" + "about 20 spaces"

so it would look like the player was typing something but the message gets bumped off screen.

you'd have to modify any name change triggers, also.

I don't want to change the players name, because I want to use an OOC Chat Message and then that would not work. I haven't tried TriggerHappy's ideea, but I'll check it later.
