Remove Certain child frames of "SimpleInfoPanelIconDamage"

I'm moving around frames for a custom UI and want to display only the damage and armor but the "SimpleInfoPanelIconDamage" seems to have the attribute information icon as a child as well a black background frame behind the damage and armor icons.
Arrows pointing to the two frames in question in the attached picture.

Need to know either how to get rid of them or how to find out the names of the child frames so I can figure out how to get rid of them myself
