Reforged models for Legacy 1.29?

Could someone make a mod that takes the modern Reforged models and puts them into the legacy version that Blizzard released? I would love to play with the new models while still playing on Legacy.

My PC is very old, so Reforged doesn’t run on it, and I wanted to be able to have the new models playable in the Legacy version.

Your only bet for now would be something like this https://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/mizukis-simple-edit.364438/#post-3692757 Reforged models ported to SD/Classic. But you'd still need to import them via the editor or into an .mpq you run for your modded Warcraft III.

They would look horrible without the special shaders and lighting built for HD/Reforged.
