The sword seems too be small, re-size it and also make the handle a bit bigger so you can actually hold it.

The Icon doesn't necessarily have to be the whole sword. It could be the handle and base of the blade, or even just an edge. If you want to do an entire sword, I recommend doing it at an angle so that the whole thing is large enough to be visible but still fits within the 64x64 pixel box. To be honest, I thought this was a syringe the first time I saw it! Sorry.

Make the middle red part a little bit smaller and the end of the sword needs more shading/ or make it acute

I'm not trying to be funny here, but I really thought it was a red-ish ice cream at first glance. Combined with comments from previous users, perhaps you could give your sword a more definite shape.
