I have a war3.j file from an old deprotected map I'm remaking and I'm wondering what the best way to go about reconstructing it is.

All the variables and functions have random strings as names. Lots of quote marks where they shouldn't be. Lots of dead functions and dead references. And it's 15,000 lines lmao.

Has anyone gone through the process of recreating triggers from a deprotected JASS file like this?

I know it's going to be a big project and there's no easy way to do it, I'm just looking for any tools or tips that have saved folks some time. Or maybe there's a dev journal posted somewhere on hive from someone who was in my shoes? :p

Would love any feedback.
