Realy simple question.

Well i just started creating an rpg map , all is going well , i got some models and all but i just dont know a thing , how do i make so per example all players from red to gray are allied from the start of the game ?

Because I have created the hero selection system already , with custome heroes and all but i cant seem to find the option so all players are allied as soon as the game starts , all help is apreciated thanks.
