Mostly recolor with no-shaded lines all over. You should check out some tutorials in this site to learn some decent freehand.
If this skin will not be updated in 7 days, this skin will be rejected.

Wtf? Skin looks good ingame except for the back. Im downloading before this gets rejected, it still isnt good enought for approval, make the lines look like lightning. And redo the feathers.
