The Second Spider War

The Second Spider War

Introduction

Many years ago, before Arthas's death, and before he ever became the Lich King, Anub'arak was a war commander in the Spider War. As Arthas came to Northrend, Anub'arak helped him, Arthas gave him a bunch of servants called the Eyes of Anub'arak. If Anub'arak ever died, he could be revived by his many servants, who kept themselves disguised in both Orgrimmar and Stormwind. As only several of them are alive, Anub'arak cannot be fully resurrected without the power of the Sunwell. The Sunwell's destruction, however, made Anub'arak scared, so he found more followers and taught them in the ways of dark resurrecting. Now, after the death of the Lich King, Anub'araks resurrectors showed up in Northrend, fighting through the Argent Crusade, they fought into the Spider Chamber (not really in ICC) and slew the guard who was protecting Anub'araks body, because the Humans knew this would happen. The Eyes of Anub'arak resurrected Anub'arak, but because of their low number and power, they killed themselves in the process.

Broken, shattered and powerless, Anub'arak fled from Icecrown Citadel after the resurrection. Cursing the heroes and Tirion Fordring, he set off into the vast, cold wasteland known as Northrend. A few months later, Deathwing exploded from the ground. He came rushing up and destroyed half of Kalimador and the eastern Kingdoms. Only then did Deathwing order his cult, known as the Twilights Hammer, into Northrend, to which Deathwing could not go due to the icey wastes there. Throughout these months, however, Anub'arak has been planning. He has been plotting against Deathwing and everyone else who live in hatred against the scourge. Soon, his plan with go undisturbed. Soon, the humans, Orcs, Dwarves, Deathwings and all those other race's plans will backfire. Because Anub'arak is releasing Kil'jaeden...

Rage of the Nerubians is an RPG that has many options of play. Unlike some RPG's, a player can choose whether he/she wants to be bad and serve either Anub'arak or Deathwing, or serve Garrosh Hellscream or Varian Wrynn. Each faction has several races available to be.

Test Runs

You really don't have to read this, unless your wondering what Alpha and Bravo tests are.

The Alpha Test - The First Test of the actual game. The team discuss this and fix any problems.

The Bravo Test - This is the second team test. Fox any other bugs and such.

The BETA Test - Last but defiantly not least, the BETA test. This gives us a chance to see what other people think of our game, give us ideas, and bugs etc. It also allows the player to have a wonderful first-look at the game.

what im kinda hoping to aim for is a stratedgy/RPGish map. It will be RPG in style, but some of the things and quests will also be strategy.

If u dont understand np lol I wouldn't either. What I mean is that certain quests will be strategic in style. If u ever played World of Warcraft (I frown if you haven't :p), one of the pre-cataclysm expansion patches was a quest-chain which featured a Plants VS Zombies style questline. I hope to do things like this.
