Hmm, a quest can be anything :
Kill a boss, succeed a dungeon, talk with some guy, visit some place, find items, kill units, finding objects, saving someone, escort someone or even doing some hard trick.
So, basically, a quest can be anything (even going to the toilets can be a quest, but that's not really a glourious one).
