Hi all,
I'd like to make couple question about the in-game interface.
1) I'd like to change the word "Gold" on the top of the screen with another word or phrace.. How can that be done??
2) Is there any tool for the colour codes??

1) Go to Advanced >> Game Interface >> tick the box Use Custom Game Interface >> find Text - General - Gold:, double click then input the data you want
2)War 3 Model Editor is the way. Go To Advanced then Colored Text.

Ty rly much for ur quick reply.. I also wanted to ask, floating text for skills and damage needs GUI or JASS??What is faster and more accurate??

both can be used but I dont know which one is accurate. It depends on your taste I guess.

Accuracy has nothing to do with GUI or Jass (GUI IS JASS for God's sake)
When it comes to efficiency, Jass beats GUI in ANY case (No exceptions)

You can use my tool for that too. It makes it a lot easier to create tooltips.

If you use JNGP, there's a tooltip creator where you can select the color of text in a tooltip from a huge list
