Many times when i log on to THW i get a message

The message goes away soon.

When exactly does it happen & why?

Maybe my English is bad but what does backing database means?

It means that the server is taking all of the information in the database and making a copy of it, then storing that copy somewhere. This is in case, for some reason, we lose the information in the database. Then we would be able to load this "backed up" information so that little is actually lost.

Chieftain's Council members are long-time or respected users who remain part of the administrator discussion, even though they are not directly part of the administration staff.
