im guessing its a bot. Bots dont have to advertise, they can spam too.

I pm ralle yesterday..or..2 ..days ago?, hes thinking about adding a bot question when you register, with the default answer being yes.

And bots dont care whether there is a ad section or not, the bots post ...anywhere! o.0

A great way of determining if a user is actually being controlled by an autosubmitter program, is to search their name using googles blog search:
[http://blogsearch.google.com/]

If their name turns out accompanied by a near exact copy of what they posted here, you'll know it's a bot. Which I beleive this one is.
