[Trigger] Question and/or help regarding my recipe system

is there any way to check if i right-click or tries to pick up an item on the ground?

for example in DotA, if you have 4 random items, 2 ingredients, and then rightclick the item recipe on the ground, you get the final item.

and i have forgotten the other question just fyi.
