So I just re-terrained my map, replaced all the blizzard cliff with custom cliffs. Is there any way I can limit movement of units onto those cliffs without spamming a ton of invisible doodads/pathing blockers? So far I covered only the edges but units with "summon" spells can get the summons into the middle of a cliff.

You can change your destined doodad pathing field under 'Pathing - Pathing Texture'.
There is quite a variety of texture pathings to go through and would be better to use a variety of it to conserve doodad usage.
If you don't want the doodads to block vision and you don't want to be able to destroy your pathing blockers I would highly suggest using doodads instead of destructables.
