[Trigger] Quest: Rescueable/Effects/Rewards Question

Ok, so i'm trying to create a first basic quest, but my problem is . . . i don't know much about quests, so can anyone help.

Basics of my quest:
- Set the exclamation point above the guy
- Within Range = New Quest!
- Change exclamation point to question mark
- Make a unit rescueable
- Enter region
- Send unit to region
- Thanks; Reward: (money/item/exp) message
- Remove all quest agents (they went in a house)
- Quest Complete! message

I know how to do a few things.
like the second one, messages, within range, but just to make things easier (if you don't mind) include all of it, thanks!

Reason needed:
What is an ORPG with no quests? lol

special effect - create on unit - above head
set x = last created special effect ( variable )

Within Range = New Quest!

Unit comes within 200 of unit
trigger turn off this triger
create quest bla bla

- Change exclamation point to question mark
destroy x
create efect on overhead of unit using ?

Make a unit rescueable
That you can change in the unit triggers dunno where excatly

Enter region
Unit enters region? - event

- Send unit to region
unit - move unit instantly to region
issue unit to move to region

How do you add Experience to all the players?
