Quel'thalas Question

Does anyone know of elven towns in the territory of Quel'thalas around the time of warcraft II?

Hmmmmm. Maybe check locations around Quel'Thalas in WoW. They sure have names (I hope), but I can't say, WoW's not my game.

They had very small towns around silvermoon

Around Silvermoon city lies, the Farstrider Retreat (A small defensive base against undead), Duskwither Spire (School grounds for arcane students), Sunsail Anchorage (Blood Elven Dock), Fairbreeze Village (A small town).

Also there is the North, West and East Sanctums.
