Quastions about terrain and water

First how do i change ingame terrain useing triggers
for example how to make blight in certain place

as for water is there anyway to change its color
not all water just for someplace?

Change terrain:
You can use this trigger:

• Environment - Create Blight for Player across (Region)

That is example.
Change Water Color:
Open Scenario (Near the top) -> Map Options -> Use Water Tinting Color, check it as True. -> Custom Color you want.
I don't know about change water color by use triggers.

nothing of wat u said is wat he wants.

yes u can change water color through triggers. there is no trigger that will change water color in specific spots. and yes u can change water color in different areas but u have to make a system that fires every .031250000 seconds. then u have to get each players camera bounds and change the wat color according to were in the map they r looking at
