I played through it and got all achievements. Is anyone checking this out, if you owned the game on steam and gog you get it for free, plus they updated and restored everything thgat never made it into the final product, including the AI
It is probably much harder for people that are used to the Call Of Duty style of shooters these days. No regenerating health, no autosaves for the most part.Interested to know more about this as well. I am on Game Pass and it's in there, but I've never played old-school shooters like this. To anyone who has played it, how is the difficulty compared to modern shooters? The fast-paced gameplay seems to difficult to follow for me.
What's your favourite target practice? Night Elves, Orcs, Pandaren...If anyone wants to port Wc3 models back to Q2R is possible now, all you need is a md2 vertex model and a MD5 model with bones
back when WC2 was "new" someone made a Orc modelWhat's your favourite target practice? Night Elves, Orcs, Pandaren...
Thank you for the inputs. I was actually a bit embarrassed to mention Call of Duty given the pedigree of this forum but yeah that's the gameplay basis I had in mind XD though I'm pretty much a new school shooter player, I think I can at least compare the non-regenerating health to Halo 1 or ODST.I played through it and got all achievements.
The remaster is pretty damn impressive and I really like how the improved the graphics, the general gameplay (the improved AI you mentioned) and that you do not have to jump through hoops to play it and they restored the amazing sound track.

You can however just save free whenever you want.
I played Quake since 1998 or so and I can't really judge the difficulty of much things fairly.
