Pyramid of the Serpent

This is the Pyramid of the Serpent model from Heaven's Fall. It could be used for any of your serpent training needs. We used it to train Hydras, because Hydras are cool.

Cool, simple, but very well made building. Works in-game. Good job.
I've been using this model on my map for a while now, but I recently noticed a small bug at the time of the birth animation. I don't know how to describe it exactly, but it looks like parts of the model appear and move somewhat far away from the model at the moment the birth animation is executed, almost 95% of the animation is completed. As I said before, I don't know how to explain it exactly, but I suggest you check it in-game when executing such animation and you'll notice the error. The model after all is 10/10, that's why I use it on my map :D

Okay, I just tested it on the map to show you exactly where the error is. You see that thing that looks like a seedbed and appears almost at the end of the pyramid's birth animation.

Updated bundle with fixed version of model.

If we open a model that has this bug in Retera Model Studio then save the model -- without doing anything -- the issue will be fixed. Applies to 99% of models unless the model contents are truly insane.

Edit: (The above has been true for 13 years since the original Matrix Eater project that I authored in 2012 when I learned how to do computer programming. So, the issue with the model is that I created it prior to that time, when I was an MDX model artist but did not have programming skills. The model would have been made in notepad and the jumping model parts indicate a notepad typo - which we can fix with autocorrect.)

You can create models in notepad?
Even I was shocked to read that, but it seems that it is possible, you would have to convert the . mdx format to . mdl and do the editing, in fact I did a minimum of editing in notepad, like changing textures to a model X taken from the hive, I simply went to the place where it says "textures" and changed the texture path for example to a game's own path, something like Textures/Myrmidon/myrmidon, etc etc but you would need the w3 model editor to change the mdx to mdl

Magos was made in 2005 but I did not start using it until maybe 2012. During the interim years, I used my pre-existing habits of always converting the MDX to MDL and editing it in notepad.
At that time, if you imagine not using Magos and not using Retera Model Studio -- and I also did not go and find mdlvis so I did not use that either -- getting things done was more effort to get the same result. (But then it was inspiring to do a better job. Maybe? (?))
