Put Skin on Model

Hey Guys ..
I tried to edit the Golem Model a bit and i want to Put the Proudmoore Sword on the Model but i dont know how ... I looked in the Tutorial Section I found the "How to use many Skins on one Model" but that didn'T help me ...
So Can you explain me ? how to Put the Skin on the part of the Model ?
