You need to do shading around the holes...OR just skin the face onto him so it actually does look like a pumpkin and not a mask thing...

No the face needs shading...as in dark spots, around the parts of the face alpha'd out

Im not really great at texturing clothes and whatnot, so yeah..

I like the older one with cloth too, bcuz this guys skin looks so weird .

And hey, have you tried just to make his eyes and mouth dark then fading into black instead of transparent?

i dunno, i want his eyes to glow and stuff but I cant place a candle inside his head and I think it wont look great if I paint it yellow/white
