I did some work in GIMP yesterday and came up with the first WIP for my project's logo.
How does it look? Critique please.
I know some of the shadows under the letters are a bit off.

That looks good, I like the blood and the red scars. Its good that you made 3d looking letters but on the U letter the sides are kind of darker. I mean the sides are white, and that one side is dark, fix that.
