[Program Question] {editing an existent Warcraft III sound – which program to use?}

Anyone Know Where I Can Get A Sound Editor, Because I Want To Edit A Sound In Warcraft And I Dont Have The Software, Anyone Know Where i Can Find It?

Just google audacity I think it is. It's what I use. You might have to get the mp3 plug in, but, it only takes 2 seconds, they'll walk you right through it.

It's free, easy and simple. You'll have to export the file from the WE's sound editor.

But, I guess first of all I should've asked, edit it in what way?
